Made Carbon fibre furling boom

Although we specialize in aluminum furling booms we have a range of smaller carbon fibre bodied booms for E sizes up to 4,5 mtr. Utilizing the strengh and form freedom of carbon fibre we created an ultra light and slender furling boom. Therefore these are ideal for daysailers or (single handed) race style sailing yachts.

So when Masten Enzo requested a Made furling boom for the Leonardo Yachts Eagle 44 we knew we had the perfect boom for them. Spray painted in the same colour of the mast the furling boom looks splendid.

Main sail

North Sails produced a nice snug fitting main sail to complement the system. We used our proven endless line drive to furl the main sail around a carbon fibre mandrel.
